Experience Training Others in Advanced Classification Procedures

AcornSI employees Keiswetter and Furuya are Principal Investigators and developers of UX-Analyze. Their work includes the planning, coding, development, and validation of the software offering. 

UX-Analyze combines research-quality inversion algorithms with Geosoft’s Oasis montaj, a commercial data processing environment (www.geosoft.com/products/ux-analyze).  UX-Analyze institutionalizes data integrity and transparent decisions while merging EMI classification sensors, processing methods, and data-centric reporting standards.  UX-Analyze has been validated for use in advanced classification programs by the DoD Advanced Geophysical Classification Accreditation Program (www.denix.osd.mil/mmrp/advanced-geophysical-classification-accreditation-and-other-tools/).

Dr. Keiswetter and Mr. Furuya have developed and taught two-day training workshops to commercial contractors, government regulators, and geophysicists at the Corps of Engineers.  Since 2010, over 450 individuals representing more than 45 firms have attended the workshops.
